Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Tenant Relations Manager. The role entails managing relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive and productive environment. Responsibilities also include coordinating lease agreements, conducting regular check-ins with tenants, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring adherence to mall policies. The Tenant Relations Manager will collaborate with various departments to create a seamless operational experience for tenants.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage tenant relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative tasks, multi-tasking, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, tenant regulations, and property management best practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, tenant relations, or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a customer-centric approach.
