About you :
A strategic operator with 6-12 years of experience scaling partnerships or customer success, ideally within B2B or SaaS companies.
Someone with a big-picture vision who can create long-term roadmaps, yet remains boots-on-the-ground to identify tactical or operational blockers and mobilize internal teams for necessary interventions.
A cross-functional catalyst adept at identifying and sharing insights with teams such as Product, CX, Category, and Operations to enhance value delivery to temples.
Culturally fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus). You are deeply respectful of temple protocols and willing to immerse yourself in learning about Hindu rituals and building trust with temple stakeholders.
Data-savvy, you enjoy field travel and skillfully wield metrics to prioritize initiatives, persuade stakeholders, and showcase impact.
