Nair Systems is currently looking Template Credit & Risk Excellence Business Analyst our Qatar operations.

Required Special Skills:

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing, in English and Arabic.

·       Good interpersonal, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.

·       Sound understanding of relevant banking laws, regulations, credit risk principles, and governance practices.

·       Good understanding of wholesale and corporate banking portfolios, products, credit processes, and approval structures.

·       Working knowledge of RAROC, risk-adjusted performance metrics, profitability analysis, capital consumption, and portfolio analytics.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret credit, financial, portfolio, and risk data.

·       Strong process-mapping, business-requirements gathering, and policy-documentation skills.

·       Ability to prepare clear business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, procedure documents, dashboards, and management reports.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, traceability, and version control.

·       Ability to identify data-quality issues, process gaps, control weaknesses, and implementation risks.

·       Ability to make decisions within delegated authority and follow through with assigned initiatives and actions.

·       Personal integrity, accountability, and effective self-management.

·       Strong planning, organizing, prioritization, and time-management ability.

·       Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines.

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.

·       Proficiency in relevant analytical, reporting, presentation, process-mapping, and project-documentation tools..

Education & Experience Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field of study.

·       Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in credit risk, banking, finance, data analytics, business analysis, process improvement, or project management are preferred.

·       At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank, with exposure to Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Risk Analytics, Credit Governance, or Business Analysis.

·       Relevant experience supporting credit transformation, risk management, policy enhancement, process redesign, or governance initiatives.

·       Experience in portfolio analytics, credit risk reporting, management information, or RAROC-related analysis is preferred.

·       Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, procedure documentation, testing, and implementation support.

·       Experience coordinating activities across Business, Credit, Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations, or country stakeholders.
