  • Tenure: 6 Months (Fixed Term)
  • Operating model: This position requires a full-time, on-site presence in the Bengaluru, India Office during core business hours (address: Bagmane Tech Park, CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru)

Contract (Third-Party Payroll) - This is a temporary, contractual engagement and the selected candidate will be on the payroll of our designated third-party payroll partner and deployed to work at SIMA.AIINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for the duration of the assignment. All statutory compliances, payroll processing and related employment obligations will be handled by the third-party payroll partner in accordance with applicable Indian labour and employment laws.

Job Description:

SiMa.ai is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temp, Recruiting Coordinator. Working with the Lead Recruiter, this role is essential in ensuring an efficient, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in interview operations, communication, and recruitment support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones involving candidates and various interview panels.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely, professional communication on interview logistics, updates, and outcomes.
  • Jobvite Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Administrative Support: Create and post job requisitions, prepare interview materials, and organize schedules and scorecards for hiring teams.
  • Reporting: Generate basic recruitment reports such as pipeline updates, time-to-hire, and candidate activity summaries.
  • General Coordination: Track candidate progress, support onboarding tasks when needed, and assist the broader recruiting team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in recruiting coordination, HR support, or an administrative role with meeting scheduling/coordination responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, Communications, or related field)
  • Scheduling Skills: Proven ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal teams.
  • Applicant Tracking System/tool experience: Hands-on working experience with Applicant Tracking System (most preferably Jobvite).
  • Computer Skills: Hands-on working proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially calendaring tools and spreadsheets.
  • Data Accuracy: Ability to maintain precise, compliant data within HR/recruiting systems.
