Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 per month
Job Scope
- Support the planning and execution of community events, workshops, roadshows, health carnivals, and engagement sessions.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, materials preparation, volunteer coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide on-site operational support to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across multiple engagement initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials, briefing documents, and engagement collaterals.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and tracking of programme participation, outputs, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for ongoing programmes, including screening initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining documentation.
- Organise and maintain structured records across community engagements and programmes.
- Consolidate updates and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in event coordination, community engagement, programme administration, or stakeholder management will be advantageous.
