We are seeking a creative Temp - Associate to assist in designing and developing business collaterals and marketing materials. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for visual communication and a strong understanding of design principles. You will support the execution of various design projects, from conceptualization to completion, while collaborating with different teams to meet project requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design & Content Creation:
- Assist in designing business collaterals, including presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Create visual content for events, such as flyers, posters, banners, and social media posts.
- Develop business videos, mailers, and digital assets to support marketing campaigns.
- Project & Team Collaboration:
- Support the execution of design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and provide effective design solutions.
- Contribute to the overall creative process and offer suggestions to improve design and layout.
- Quality & Consistency:
- Maintain high-quality standards and consistency in design across all materials.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, with a specialization in Marketing being a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop (optional).
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI, ADR, and EPS (optional).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design trends.
- Experience in organizing college festivals or events is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
