Temp Admin Officer (Educational Media and Resources) at Clementi, 14/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the department's annual marketing plan to promote products and services.
• Create instructional videos demonstrating the use of various features and services.
• Support the planning and execution of Student Orientation activities.
• Assist with the packing, set-up, and post-event clean-up for departmental events.
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Period: Immediate till Mid August 2026

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $14/hr

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification (preferably in Marketing or a related field).
• Good attention to detail.
• Organised, responsible, and reliable.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
