Key Responsibilities
- Write Telugu scripts for paid ad creatives across formats, including UGC, AI-powered videos, founder-led, problem-solution, testimonial, and influencer integrations.
- Own the creative end-to-end: hook ideation, full script, brief to editor, and review of cuts.
- Ship a steady volume of scripts each week, with hooks engineered for the first 3 seconds.
- Read performance data weekly (hook rate, CTR, CVR, watch time) and use it to decide what to double down on, kill, or remix.
- Run hypothesis-led experiments with new formats, new angles, and new hooks. Report what worked and why.
- Work directly with Telugu influencers and creators on scripts and integration ideas.
- Adapt winning concepts from Hindi and other South markets into culturally native Telugu, not literal translations.
- Sit with editors, give feedback, and protect the intent of the script through the final cut.
