Job Description
We are in search of a compassionate and confident Tele caller Executive to assist with patient enquiries, deliver accurate information about IVF treatments, and facilitate lead conversion into consultations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and hold a basic understanding of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and other enquiries.
- Offer comprehensive information about IVF treatments, procedures, and related services.
- Convert potential leads into appointments and consultations.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective patients.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments with doctors and clinic staff.
- Maintain and update the patient database within the CRM system.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead conversion.
- Should be able to meet Sales Target
