Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Ava Finserv's financial products and services, explain offerings, and generate interest and leads. The role includes answering inbound queries, providing clear information on financial solutions, and documenting customer interactions in the system. The Telecaller will follow up on leads, schedule appointments for the sales or advisory team, and maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes. The position also involves meeting daily and monthly call targets, sharing customer feedback with the team, and adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
  • Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving during customer interactions.
  • Basic sales and persuasion skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and the ability to explain financial products in simple terms.
  • Comfort with using computers and telecalling tools, such as CRM systems, call logs, and basic office software.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in financial services, is an advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are beneficial.
