Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tellecaller role located in Pune East & Pune West Locations. The Tellecaller will engage with prospective clients through phone calls to provide information about available Prohects, properties and respond to customer queries. Responsibilities include cold calling, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of communication, addressing customer inquiries, and scheduling property visits. The role also requires effectively communicating the benefits of properties, ROI on Investments to potential buyers and supporting the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and telemarketing skills
- Ability to explain property details and benefits persuasively to prospective buyers
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and record-keeping
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices is preferred
- Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
