Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller at our Mumbai Metropolitan Region office. The Caller will handle daily communications with clients and stakeholders, provide accurate and relevant real estate information, and address customer queries. Responsibilities include scheduling and following up on appointments, maintaining detailed interaction records, and supporting client relations. The ideal candidate will uphold excellent customer service standards in alignment with InfraWebs mission of transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to document conversations and maintain accurate client interaction records
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry or related areas is a plus
• Fluency in Hindi, English and local languages
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment
