Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Provide information about products and services to customers and answer their queries.
• Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Record customer information and update databases accurately.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
