Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, qualify leads by understanding their interest, requirements, and buying intent in our projects.
• Provide detailed project information including location, features, configurations, and pricing while effectively addressing client queries.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients, ensuring smooth communication and proper tracking of appointments.
• Maintain and update a structured database of leads, including client interactions, preferences, and feedback for effective follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospective clients, handle inquiries professionally, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure conversion and seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and networking.
• Generate leads through various communication channels and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:
Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client conversations confidently.
• Lead generation and client relationship management skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Strong follow-up skills to drive conversions and maintain client engagement.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and sales process.
• Ability to manage and maintain lead data, client interactions, and sales records efficiently.
• Strong networking skills with a customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
