Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Crystal Plaza, Andheri West, India. The role involves day-to-day activities such as making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information about products or services, and maintaining records of communications. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, building strong customer relationships, meeting daily or weekly call targets, and collaborating with team members to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with customers.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Proficiency in using call management software and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage call schedules and tasks efficiently.
• Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to maintain positive interactions.
• Previous experience in a similar customer engagement role is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in sales or communication will be an asset.
