Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sec -62, India, for a Tele Caller & CRM Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries over calls, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying potential leads. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams, maintaining CRM records, and following up on customer feedback. The Tele Caller & CRM Executive will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between the organization and its clients.

Call potential customers to promote products and services.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

Handle inquiries and build positive customer relationships.

Experience Required- 1 to 3yrs

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing English and Hindi
  • Experience in customer service, call handling, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and support teams to identify and follow up on potential leads
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of power solutions or technical aptitude is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
