Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Property Loan Specialist, based in Faridabad. The role involves engaging with potential customers to provide guidance on property loan options, explaining loan terms and eligibility, and answering customer queries with professionalism. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving company sales targets for property loans through effective communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and deliver a positive client experience
- Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, including understanding property loans
- Sales expertise with a customer-centric approach to achieving targets and driving business growth
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in working with digital tools and online platforms
- Previous experience in the financial or real estate industry is preferred
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage
