Role Description The Telesourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves sourcing and engaging construction and project-based labour through outbound and inbound calls, digital channels, and internal databases. The Telesourcing Executive will screen candidates over the phone, verify basic information, explain job requirements, and match profiles to ongoing and upcoming projects. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records, updating the recruitment system, coordinating with field and HR teams, and following up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also requires answering candidate queries, sharing clear information about work conditions and benefits, and supporting recruitment campaigns to meet project timelines and workforce targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain job details effectively in Hindi and Local languages.
Candidates should possess basic computer and digital literacy skills, use of recruitment and familiarity with online sourcing platforms.
Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder management skills, such as active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate and timely records.
Candidates should possess knowledge or interest in recruitment or telesales, preferably related to construction, infrastructure, or blue-collar workforce hiring.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline are beneficial; prior experience in telesourcing, telecalling, or recruitment coordination is an added advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Tamil Nadu, India, and collaborating with diverse teams and workforce groups.
