Job Description

Job Summary -

The Executive Onboarding Activation is responsible for onboarding new insurance partners, ensuring document compliance, activating partners, and driving their first policy issuance.

The role focuses on partner engagement, activation, productivity improvement, and business growth. Onboarding Connect with prospective partners and explain the InsuranceDekho business model.

Guide partners through the registration and onboarding process.

Verify And Collect Required Documents As Per Company Guidelines.

Ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner code creation. Maintain onboarding quality and productivity standards.

Activation Drive activation of newly onboarded partners by ensuring first policy issuance.

Conduct regular follow-ups with inactive and pending partners.

Educate partners about products, portals, and sales processes.

Resolve partner queries related to onboarding, POS, LMS, and sales.

Track activation funnel and improve partner conversion rates. Support partners in achieving their first successful business transaction. Partner Relationship Management Build strong relationships with partners. Maintain regular communication through calls and digital channels.

Identify partner requirements and provide timely support.

Encourage partners to increase engagement and business generation.

Performance Compliance Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

Ensure 100% genuine documentation and compliance.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.

Share daily and monthly productivity reports.

Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Qualification - Graduate in any discipline.

Executive 02 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Success, BFSI, Insurance, or Partner Management.
