Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Business Responsibilities

Manage performance parameters such as Quality, Attrition, Unplanned Shrinkage, Schedule Adherence, AHT, FCR, NPS, etc.

Handle a team of 1520 Sales Officers (TSOs).

Drive team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Conduct regular team coaching, call monitoring, and performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and KRAs.

Required Qualifications

Full-time Graduation (Mandatory)

Minimum 23 years of Team Leader experience in Sales / BPO / Contact Center environment

Skills & Process Knowledge

Team Handling & Performance Management

Attrition Management & Control

Shrinkage Management

Call Flow Analysis & Coaching

Strong understanding of KPIs & KRAs

Analytical Thinking & Decision Making

MIS Reporting

Knowledge of CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, SLA

Language Skills

English: Full Professional Proficiency

Hindi: Full Professional Proficiency (Mandatory)
