Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telesales Specialist who can build strong customer relationships over calls, understand client needs, and convert inquiries into opportunities. Your role is to generate interest, explain our product value clearly, and support the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for LED video wall inquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product series and solutions
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain follow-ups until lead closure stage
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM
  • Share quotations and coordinate with the sales team for proposal execution
  • Build trust-based long-term relationships with potential customers
  • Achieve weekly and monthly orientation targets
Who Fits This Role
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any two must)
  • Confident speaking ability with clarity and professionalism
  • Experience in B2B telesales or inside sales is preferred
  • Ability to understand product features and explain solutions clearly
  • Organized, proactive, and consistent in following up
  • Comfortable working with CRM and WhatsApp-based client communication
Preferred Experience
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles
  • Experience in corporate sales, signage, display solutions, electronics, or allied industries will be an added advantage
