Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and reaching out to potential clients to present our real estate offerings. Key daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exemplary customer service, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients when necessary
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends is a plus
