Telesales Specialist

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, reaching out to potential clients, explaining product features and benefits, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer communication and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role will also require collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product benefits effectively and maintain meaningful customer interactions.
• Sales experience, including a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and convert leads into customers.
• Ability to provide Training to team members when needed and improve sales-related processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer relationships efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage.
• Sensitivity to customer needs and the ability to adapt to dynamic sales scenarios.
• Prior experience in telesales or a related customer-facing role is a plus.
