Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Bhavnagar. The Telesales Specialist will manage daily activities, including interacting with customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting pest control services, and closing sales. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and providing tailored support to meet client needs. The Telesales Specialist will also assist in client training regarding the services offered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication, to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation and closing deals, to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to provide Training to clients on pest control services, demonstrating patience and product knowledge.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with pest control services and relevant industry knowledge is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or communication is a plus.
