Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Specialist located in Pune. The Tele sales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their car care needs, and offering appropriate Pexa services. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, closing sales, and maintaining customer records. This role also involves coordinating with the customer support team to resolve client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The role is for handling customers who communicate exclusively in Hindi ( NORTH INDIA)
• Fluency in Hindi (mother tongue or proficiency) is required to communicate effectively with customers
• Customer Service and Customer Support skill
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in providing Training to new team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in tele sales or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are desirable
