Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Kochi. As a Telesales Specialist, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicate product and service offerings, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. You will also provide exceptional customer support, handle queries, and leverage in-depth knowledge of Nilantra's portfolio to meet targets. Collaboration with internal teams and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques is also expected.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to address client needs and resolve concerns effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to confidently interact with potential customers
• Proven Sales expertise and the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance sales and customer engagement skills
• Goal-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills
• Experience in telesales or similar roles is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
