Role Overview

When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry,

counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat.
• Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details.
• Validate and qualify genuine enquiries.
• Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model.
• Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Sales / Support / BPO (D2C / Healthcare / Wellness preferred)
• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY.
• Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in Telesales / Customer Support is a plus.

Job Details :

Job Type Full-Time, Work From Office

Location Calicut / Kozhikode, Kerala

Experience 2-5 Years Pay Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 + Incentives (Negotiable)

Work Hours 10 AM - 6 PM, subject to change for evening shift based on business requirement
