Telesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with prospective and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales opportunities via telephone and electronic communication. The role includes identifying customer needs, presenting relevant products and services, maintaining an organized database of customer information, and achieving sales targets. The individual may also assist in onboarding and training customers on the company's offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and addressing inquiries
• Sales expertise to identify opportunities, promote solutions, and meet or exceed targets
• Experience in Training clients on products and services is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM and data management tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
