This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist based in Mumbai, with opportunities to work from home. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting sales goals, and building lasting client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting outbound calls, explaining services, addressing customer concerns, and effectively closing sales. The role also involves providing training and guidance to clients as needed to help them achieve their objectives.

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and understand customer needs
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support, with the ability to close deals and address concerns effectively
• Proficiency in delivering Training and guidance to support client growth and success
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in telecommunication or related fields is advantageous
• Educational background in business, marketing, or relevant fields is preferred but not mandatory
