Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on connecting with prospective and existing customers via phone, messaging, and online calls to promote Glens sports performance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, and qualifying leads. The specialist will manage a sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, schedule product demos, and support customers through the purchase process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a structured, performance-driven environment.
