Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on connecting with prospective and existing customers via phone, messaging, and online calls to promote Glens sports performance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, and qualifying leads. The specialist will manage a sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, schedule product demos, and support customers through the purchase process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple language.
  • Able to achieve weekly target for Lead conversion
  • Proven Sales experience in telesales or inside sales, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Training or coaching customers on product usage, features, and best practices is an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, call tracking software, and standard office applications.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or sports technology is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
