Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Panvel. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to introduce Gireevan Realty's offerings, answering inquiries, generating and following up on leads, and handling customer interactions with professionalism. The role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, understanding customer needs, and working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. The individual in this role will play a key part in driving customer engagement and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer needs, present offerings, and close sales effectively.
• Capability in providing Training or guiding potential customers through the documentation and buying processes.
• Proactive and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer engagement will be a valuable asset.
