This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored EV solutions. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, following up with leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and staying updated on product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

• Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills for smooth interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every conversation.
• Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to provide Training to clients about the benefits and features of EV products effectively.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge or interest in electric vehicles is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining organized customer records is advantageous.
