Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will actively engage in making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting Diligentia's services and events, and generating leads. The role involves maintaining a database of prospects, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, gathering feedback, and delivering exceptional customer support to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients professionally and persuasively.
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Capability to provide training and product knowledge effectively to improve understanding of services.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
