Telesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time Telesales Specialist role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for sales, customer support, and training.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales and Customer Support experience
• Ability to effectively train new employees
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Experience with telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
