Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating and managing client communications, and promoting products and services to meet and exceed sales targets. They will handle prospecting, address customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, and provide excellent post-sale support. Additionally, the specialist will assist in organizing training sessions for clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of offered products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
• Proven ability in Sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
• Experience in providing training to enhance client understanding and satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus
• Relevant industry experience or knowledge of rubber components and industrial products is desirable
