Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about loan products, and guiding them through the application process. Daily tasks include customer service, customer support, handling inquiries, and following up on leads. The candidate will also be involved in sales activities, meeting sales targets, and attending training sessions to stay updated on loan products and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Experience in providing Training and guidance
- Basic knowledge of loan products and the financial industry is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred
