Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introduce ApexAegiis digital advertising services, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, presenting service offerings, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves following up on inquiries, nurturing relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. The Telesales Specialist will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, provide clear feedback from the market, and maintain a professional, client-focused communication style in every interaction.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain digital services in simple terms.
  • Proven Sales experience, ideally in telesales or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in Training, adopt new sales techniques, and quickly learn details of digital advertising offerings.
  • Comfort working in a remote, target-driven environment with basic proficiency in CRM or call-tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of or interest in digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively across multiple leads and follow-ups.
