Role Description

This is a remote role for a Telesales Representative. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to customers, promoting products or services, and assisting with the end-to-end sales process to meet business targets. The Telesales Representative will also provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role may involve collaborating with the internal team to optimize sales strategies and participating in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information over calls.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Capacity to undergo Training and adaptability to learn new methods, products, and tools as needed.
  • Proficient in time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
