Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Chennai. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, guide them through our offerings, and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales and customer support teams to meet organizational goals. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to continuously refine your skills and knowledge about our projects and services.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and build strong client relationships
• Proven abilities in Sales and lead conversion to achieve and exceed targets
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product and sales knowledge
• Effective problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in real estate sales or telesales is a plus
• Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
