This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative based in Jaipur, where some remote work is acceptable. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to drive sales, delivering exceptional customer service, providing support to address customer inquiries or issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The candidate will also participate in training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge about the company's products and services.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with potential and existing customers
• Experience in Customer Support and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Proven Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close deals
• Eagerness to participate in ongoing training to improve performance and product knowledge
• Proficiency in tools or software relevant to customer interaction and tracking is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and accommodate work-from-home as needed
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous
