Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Telesales Representative (Motor Insurance). Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting Onsurity's health and wellness solutions. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, providing customer support, and meeting sales targets through proactive engagements. Additional responsibilities include facilitating training sessions to educate clients about products and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with an ability to effectively explain products and services
• Experience in Customer Support and managing client relationships professionally
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and demonstrate product benefits to clients
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client conversations and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with workplace health or insurance products is a plus
