This full-time, on-site role as a Telesales Representative is based in the Bangalore Urban district. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products, and securing orders. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and assisting with product information. Additionally, the role may involve building relationships with clients, maintaining sales records, and achieving sales targets. Successful candidates will collaborate with the sales team and take part in ongoing training to refine skills.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address client needs and build positive relationships.
• Experience and aptitude in Sales for promoting products and meeting targets.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in a telesales or sales role is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred.
