Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Coimbatore. As a Telesales Representative, you will engage with potential customers via phone to understand their needs, present our services, and close sales. You will build and maintain customer relationships, answer inquiries, provide support, and promote our products and offerings. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the internal team to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, including active listening and clarity
• Customer Service and Customer Support expertise with a focus on delivering positive client experiences
• Proven ability to achieve Sales targets and effectively promote products
• Experience in Training customers or team members on services and processes
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, maintaining a professional demeanor and punctuality
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the automotive or sales industry is a plus
• Basic computer skills for managing records and interacting with customer databases
