Inside Sales/Tele sales: B2C For MetroRide Kids Job Title: Executive/ Asst Manager: Inside sales
Location: Bengaluru (Office-Based) Experience: 13 years in Tele sales, Inside Sales, or a high-volume B2C customer facing role. Industry: EdTech / Early Childhood Services / Subscription Services Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Tele sales Executive to be the voice of MetroRide Kids and drive direct subscriptions from parents. This is an inbound and outbound desk-based role focused on communicating the critical value of child safety to parents, converting leads into paid subscriptions, and achieving monthly sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
* B2C Sales and Conversion:
a. Initiate outbound calls to leads (parents) generated from digital campaigns and inbound inquiries (WhatsApp, Website) to promote MetroRide Kids service.
b. Handle inbound calls and chats from potential customers, providing detailed information about the service, safety protocols, and subscription plans
c. Focus on the core value proposition of safety (Verified Drivers, Live Video Monitoring, AI-Based Child Recognition) to address parental concerns.
d. Guide parents through the subscription process and successfully close daily/monthly subscription sales. Customer Engagement & Service:
a. Use excellent communication skills to build rapport, understand the parent's specific transportation needs (school run, tuition, activities), and address all objections confidently.
b. Educate parents on using the parent-friendly app for features like real time alerts, GPS tracking, and viewing ride history.
c. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Target Achievement:
a. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and paid subscriptions.
Requirements:
* Experience: 13 years of proven experience in B2C Telesales, Inside Sales, or a call center role, preferably selling a high-value or subscription-based service.
. Skills:
a. Exceptional Verbal Communication: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication skills, with fluency in English and an additional local language (e.g., Hindi/Telugu/ Kannada) is a must.
b. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
c. Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Office Suite, and telephone systems.
d. Mindset: Self-motivated, highly energetic, and driven by sales targets.
