Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves contacting potential and existing clients to provide information about the company's education, visa, and coaching services. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, and handling customer inquiries. The Telesales Representative will assist with offering personalized guidance to clients, explaining service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their interaction with the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to explain services effectively and build client relationships.
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address client inquiries and deliver a positive service experience.
• Sales and lead generation skills to achieve sales targets and drive revenue for the company.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or similar systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
