Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Navi Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, explaining services, and building relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. They will also manage customer queries, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients
- Experience in Sales and the ability to consistently meet sales targets
- Proven skills in Customer Support and handling client inquiries with professionalism
- Ability to participate in and support Training initiatives to improve the sales process
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in telesales, customer relationship management, or healthcare services is an advantage
