Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties over the phone. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Promote real estate projects (apartments, villas, plots, commercial spaces)
- Explain project details including location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads until closure or site visit completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
- 13 years of experience in Tele Sales / Real Estate Sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude
