Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to engage with architects, interior designers, and builders through outbound calls. The role involves explaining the InterioKeys platform, onboarding professionals, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive registrations and profile completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, and builders from provided databases
- Explain InterioKeys platform, benefits, and onboarding process clearly
- Encourage registration, profile creation, and project uploads
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and status updates
- Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Meet daily and monthly calling and onboarding targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confidence in outbound calling and professional conversations
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to maintain call discipline and follow-up rigor
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement
- Exposure to real estate, interior design, or service platforms is a plus
