Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Tele Sales Executive who can confidently engage with parents, explain our programmes, and convert enquiries into admissions. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam, along with the ability to build trust and drive conversions over calls.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents
- Explain Capablanca's programmes clearly and effectively
- Follow up on leads and drive conversions to admissions
- Build strong relationships with parents through consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer success) for seamless onboarding
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Key Requirements- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
- Proven experience in tele sales / inside sales/counselling / EdTech sales
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on targets and conversions
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of education or child development is an advantage
