Role Overview
The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound/outbound sales activities, nurturing leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach to selling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position Bluecom Group's solutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM system.
- Stay knowledgeable about company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and contribute to a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B environment preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to conduct consultative conversations and identify customer pain points.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and digital outreach.
